By accessing or using Frenly ("Buddy Call"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Frenly. By using the service, you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to update it as needed.

4. Services Provided

Frenly is a real-time voice calling platform that connects users ("Customers") with anonymous consultants ("Buddies"). We facilitate the connection but do not guarantee the quality of advice provided.

5. Payments & Billing

Calls are billed per minute at the rate set by the buddy. You must maintain sufficient wallet balance to initiate calls. Payments are processed securely via Cashfree.

6. Conduct

You agree not to use Frenly for any unlawful, abusive, or harassing purpose. Violations may result in immediate account suspension.

7. Privacy

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology on the platform are owned by Frenly. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Frenly is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 30 days.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the app settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
