Refund Policy

Automatic Refunds

Frenly automatically refunds your wallet in these cases:

  • Call drops due to network issues on our end
  • Buddy disconnects within the first 30 seconds
  • Technical failures preventing the call from connecting

Requesting a Refund

If you believe you were incorrectly charged, contact us within 7 days of the transaction:

  • Email support@frenlyapp.in with your transaction ID
  • We review all requests within 24-48 hours
  • Approved refunds are credited to your in-app wallet

Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • Completed calls where service was delivered as expected
  • Calls ended by the customer voluntarily
  • Dissatisfaction with advice received (buddies are independent consultants)

Wallet Withdrawals

Buddy earnings can be withdrawn to a linked bank account. Withdrawal requests are processed within 3-5 business days.

For unresolved billing disputes, email legal@frenlyapp.in. We aim to resolve all disputes amicably within 14 days.
