Refund Policy

Automatic Refunds
Frenly automatically refunds your wallet in these cases:
- Call drops due to network issues on our end
- Buddy disconnects within the first 30 seconds
- Technical failures preventing the call from connecting
Requesting a Refund
If you believe you were incorrectly charged, contact us within 7 days of the transaction:
- Email support@frenlyapp.in with your transaction ID
- We review all requests within 24-48 hours
- Approved refunds are credited to your in-app wallet
Non-Refundable Scenarios
- Completed calls where service was delivered as expected
- Calls ended by the customer voluntarily
- Dissatisfaction with advice received (buddies are independent consultants)
Wallet Withdrawals
Buddy earnings can be withdrawn to a linked bank account. Withdrawal requests are processed within 3-5 business days.
Disputes
For unresolved billing disputes, email legal@frenlyapp.in. We aim to resolve all disputes amicably within 14 days.
