Delete Your Frenly Account

Frenly – Talk and feel better, by Frenly (frenlyapp.in)

You can permanently delete your Frenly account and its associated data at any time, either inside the Frenly app or by sending us a request by email.

Option 1: Delete from the Frenly app

  1. Open the Frenly app and sign in.
  2. Tap Profile in the bottom navigation bar.
  3. Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
  4. Optionally choose a reason, then confirm. Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you no longer have the app installed or cannot sign in, email frenlyappcontact@gmail.com with the subject "Frenly account deletion request" from the email address linked to your account, or include the phone number you registered with. We will verify that the account belongs to you and delete it within 7 days, then confirm by email.

Data that is deleted

  • Your profile (name, photo, bio, languages, preferences)
  • Your sign-in account (phone number, email, Google or Apple sign-in link)
  • Your wallet, coin balance and wallet transaction history
  • Withdrawal requests and payment order records
  • Reports you have submitted

Any unused coin balance is forfeited when the account is deleted.

Data that is kept

  • Call records are anonymized: your name, photo and user ID are removed and replaced with "Deleted User". The remaining call details (date, duration, amount) are kept for billing, dispute and fraud-prevention purposes.
  • Your phone number is kept in a restricted record along with the account creation and deletion dates, only to prevent misuse of sign-up offers and welcome bonuses if the same number registers again.
  • Information we are required to keep by law, for example for tax or payment regulations, is kept for the period that law requires and then deleted.
