How do I create an account?
Download Frenly from the App Store or Google Play. Sign up with your phone number or email. You can start browsing buddies immediately.
How do voice calls work?
Select a buddy from the home screen, tap the call button, and wait for them to accept. Calls are anonymous — your identity stays private.
How is my privacy protected?
We never share your real name or personal details with buddies. All calls are encrypted end-to-end using Agora’s secure infrastructure.
What payment methods are accepted?
We support UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking via Cashfree. Wallet top-ups start at ₹49.
How do refunds work?
If a call drops due to a technical issue, credits are automatically refunded. For billing disputes, contact support@frenlyapp.in.
How do I become a buddy?
Switch to Buddy mode in the app. Complete your profile, set your per-minute rate, and you're ready to receive calls.
Can I block or report someone?
Yes. Tap the report button during or after a call. You can also block users from the chat screen. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours.
What if a call drops unexpectedly?
Our system detects dropped calls and auto-refunds unused minutes. If that doesn’t happen, reach out to support.
